Bali 4U Tours (per guest reviews) · Ubud
A driver-guide takes you from the silver workshops of Celuk and the temple at Batuan to Tegenungan, Tegallalang, the Monkey Forest and the centre of Ubud. Pick it for the flexibility: the listing lets you swap stops for anything else in the Ubud area, and guests report guides who do exactly that.

Two options, and the names leave no doubt: Entrance Fees (INCLUDED) and Entrance Fees (NOT INCLUDED). The regular from-price is $28 per person, the rate for the largest group on the cheaper option. A couple pays more each, and the included option costs more again. A small promotion sometimes trims the figure on Viator. Lunch is never included; guests report guides who steer them to local places for Balinese fried chicken.
On NOT INCLUDED you pay IDR 130,000 at the Monkey Forest, IDR 30,000 at Tegenungan and IDR 15,000 to 20,000 at the Tegallalang booths, plus the temple at Batuan. Call it IDR 175,000 per adult before Batuan. The jungle swing at Tegallalang is extra on both options, from IDR 200,000 per person on site, so the price you book never covers it.
Tegenungan is the third stop, after Celuk and Batuan, which lands you at the falls in late morning, right as the crowds peak (roughly 11 am to 3 pm). Ask your guide to flip the order and go there first, before 9 am. The listing allows substitutions within the Ubud area, and the reviews are full of guides who reshaped the day. A car takes up to five travellers without luggage, or three with it; a minibus takes up to 12.
Be waiting in the lobby at the pickup time; the operator is firm about it.
Silver and gold workshops. The listing calls it the art village of your choice, so you can ask for woodcarving instead.
A village temple with a carved split gate. Sarong provided.
The steps down to the pool and back up. Ask to come here first if you want it quiet.
The terraces, and the optional jungle swing from IDR 200,000.
90 minutes with the macaques, then 30 minutes each at Ubud Palace and the art market, on your own.
★★★★★He provided hotel pickup and curated a brilliant 8-hour day for us. We loved the balance of culture at Batuan Temple and the art villages with the natural beauty of the Tegalalang Rice Terraces and Tegenungan Waterfall and selfies with monkeys at the Sacred Monkey Forest. [...]
★★★★★He was also incredibly flexible. I decided I didn’t want to visit the Monkey Forest and mentioned it on the day, and he happily suggested alternatives and adjusted the itinerary to include a temple and coffee plantation instead.
★★★★★He was fully considerate of my parents age and pace. [...] When it was time lunch he took us to get the best Original Balinese Chicken geprek we have ever tasted!
★★★★★We travelled with a high schooler, college student and our mother (75 yo) and this experience had something for everyone. [...]

Only on the Entrance Fees (INCLUDED) option. On NOT INCLUDED you pay at each gate in cash: about IDR 175,000 per adult for the Monkey Forest, Tegenungan and Tegallalang, plus the Batuan temple.
More than $28 each. $28 is the per-person rate for the largest group on the cheaper option; two travellers pay a higher tier, and INCLUDED costs more. Viator shows the exact price for your date and group.
Yes, within the Ubud area. The listing lets you follow the set route or substitute other attractions, and one guest swapped the Monkey Forest for a temple and a coffee plantation on the day.
No. You buy it on the day, and guests report guides who take them to good local places at local prices.
